Rates quoted are per day and do not include sales tax or cleaning fee. We require a minimum stay of 3 nights. Rates, taxes and fees are subject to change without notice.

Each condo comfortably accommodates 2 guests with a maximum of 4 guests. Sorry, but there are no pets allowed.

Parking: Each unit has a complimentary parking space

Reservations and Deposits: A deposit of $250.00 is required to confirm your reservation. A credit card and signature will be required at check-in which will be held as a security deposit. Full payment is due 14 days prior to check-in. Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival in order to have deposit refunded. There will be a $25.00 handling fee for all cancellations.
